
Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: Are submitted posters digital files or physical copies?
A: Digital submissions are submitted by August 1st, physical posters must be displayed at the spring symposium in October.
Q: Do students need to acquire the images personally, or can it be a cool case their preceptor scanned?
A: Students should be involved in the case in some capacity, even if some of the images were acquired by a clinical instructor.
Q: My students are at distant clinical sites, how can they work together on a poster?
A: We recommend using Canva.com, for a PDF of the competition flyer and Canva job aid click the button below!
